A single-storey house that opens onto the garden
Villa Grandis sits on a quiet hill above Varaždinske Toplice, with a view that reaches across the treetops of Croatian Zagorje all the way to the horizon. Across 108 m² the villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous living room with a sauna, opening onto a private pool and garden. Outside there is a terrace with a pergola and a hot tub, a barbecue, table tennis and a wooden playground for the youngest guests — the right combination for a family holiday or time with friends, only ten minutes drive from baroque Varaždin.

Who the villa suits
The villa sleeps up to six: two rooms with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Children of all ages are welcome; from the age of four they are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available.
